📋 Description

• Partner with Marketing, Program Operations, workflow managers, and cross-functional stakeholders to translate Marketing's operating model and processes into the work management platform ecosystem • Operationalize governance standards, including workflows, intake processes, taxonomies, permissions, templates, data structures, and reporting • Design, configure, and optimize scalable platform functionality for Marketing planning, prioritization, execution, and measurement • Steward Marketing's planning, portfolio, and capacity-related data models • Enable frameworks, functionality, standards, and data requirements for capacity, demand, throughput, priorities, risks, and portfolio health visibility • Partner with Technology teams and platform vendors on integrations, upgrades, enhancements, and optimization initiatives • Lead platform adoption, training, communication, and change management efforts • Evaluate and implement workflow automation and AI-enabled capabilities • Socialize platform-enabled processes, governance expectations, and ways of working across teams and lines of business • Advise Marketing leadership on platform investments and capability development

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience • 10+ years of experience in marketing operations, business operations, platform operations, portfolio management, program management, or related disciplines • Experience leading enterprise planning, workflow, project management, or portfolio management platforms • Proven experience designing governance frameworks, operating standards, workflows, and business processes • Experience building executive reporting, dashboards, and performance measurement capabilities • Strong communication and stakeholder management skills • Experience leading teams or managing experienced individual contributors • Preferred: Experience with Workfront, Airtable, Smartsheet, Jira, Monday.com, Asana, or similar enterprise platforms • Preferred: Experience leading platform implementations, migrations, or transformation initiatives • Preferred: Experience supporting large-scale marketing or matrixed organizations • Preferred: Experience with workflow automation, integrations, and platform governance
