📋 Description

• Manage and support multiple projects, keeping stakeholders informed of progress, risks, and key milestones • Create and maintain reports, dashboards, and analytics on operational performance and trends • Support Salesforce and other business systems through updates, troubleshooting, and user support • Assist with implementation and testing of a new CRM platform for tickets, chats, and calls • Coordinate testing in secure environments, validating functionality and security requirements • Manage and support integrations between business systems and tools • Provide real-time support, maintenance, and troubleshooting for automation tools and bots • Document processes and train team members on system and automation best practices • Partner with leadership and stakeholders to identify process improvements and increase efficiency

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in a related field or equivalent through a combination of education and related work experience • 3 years minimum related work experience • Ability to work effectively in a diverse work group • Ability to lead in a matrix environment and at a distance (virtually) • Demonstrated decision-making, analytical, and problem-solving skills • Effective oral, written, and interpersonal communication skills • Experience presenting complex information to multiple organizational levels • Strong facilitation and presentation skills • Proficiency with Microsoft Office software and product planning tools • Familiarity with project management methodologies • Track record of establishing priorities and deadlines • Experience managing projects from start to finish • Experience in a consulting environment • Experience with data, reporting, and dashboarding • PMP certification, equivalent, or completed work toward PMP certification or equivalent • Some tax or financial background
