📋 Description

• Lead global Windows, Linux/UNIX, and hypervisor services supporting HPE enterprise operations • Bring two teams together into one cohesive organization by consolidating processes, tools, and technologies • Drive modernization, compliance, operational excellence, and AI-enabled automation across OS and hypervisor environments • Lead a high-performing global team with managed service providers • Drive platform standardization, lifecycle health, patch compliance, security hardening, and operational readiness • Apply AI-enabled automation, predictive analytics, anomaly detection, and intelligent operations • Partner with infrastructure, security, and application teams to deliver reliable, scalable IT services • Develop and execute strategic roadmaps for complex global OS and virtualization environments • Build a resilient, secure, scalable enterprise OS and hypervisor foundation • Improve reliability, compliance, patch health, vulnerability remediation, and operational consistency • Unify two teams under a consistent operating model, processes, standards, and technologies • Use AI, automation, and analytics to reduce manual effort and strengthen service delivery

🎯 Requirements

• Deep expertise in enterprise Windows Server, Linux/UNIX platforms, and hypervisor ecosystems • Proven experience with OS lifecycle management, patch compliance, vulnerability remediation, platform hardening, automation, and operational readiness • Strong background in automation, observability, monitoring, configuration management, and AI-assisted operations • Ability to develop and execute strategic roadmaps for complex global OS and virtualization environments • Exceptional collaboration skills with cross-functional teams, managed service providers, and executive stakeholders • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience • 8+ years of experience in IT infrastructure • 4+ years of experience in leadership roles managing enterprise platform or infrastructure services
