📋 Description

• Function as TEG product line Clinical Advisor to customers • Drive utilization and expansion of the TEG product line at existing customer sites within the defined territory • Support account management and sales processes through clinical education and ongoing case support • Manage the territory’s existing TEG customer base and expand the customer base through clinical education • Train new and existing customers on all product and clinical aspects of the TEG line • Ensure customers can safely and efficiently operate TEG equipment, software, and disposables and interpret TEG results • Provide onsite support across laboratory, critical care, operating room, and other clinical applications • Establish clinical expertise and help reach standard-of-care adoption within accounts using CRM tools and market data • Develop clinician relationships, provide didactic education and grand rounds presentations, support cases, take end-user calls, and host market development events • Visit hospital accounts, identify and train clinical champions, and establish relationships with key decision makers • Provide dedicated onsite support for new customers going live with TEG technology or additional assays, including after-hours support • Investigate and resolve technical, operational, and clinical customer concerns with cross-functional teams • Maintain customer and territory records in the CRM tool • Support VAD/ECMO, Trauma, CV, high-risk obstetrics, liver transplant, vascular, and critical care clinicians • Understand the competitive landscape and convert existing-account opportunities to TEG business • Collaborate with the Account Manager on key-account expansion, forecasting, and business planning • Provide regional and national tradeshow support • Drive demand for device, software, and add-on-device upgrades • Support laboratory installation, validation, verification, training, competency, SOP, IQCP, donor sourcing, logistics, ordering, and interfacing needs • Prospect and develop multi-level relationships, including C-level relationships, within the territory • Participate in product development, market-needs, quality-investigative, and launch activities while providing feedback to sales, marketing, and R&D

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor of Arts or Science required • Master of Arts, Science, or Business Administration in a science or medical-related profession preferred • 3+ years of industry or clinically related experience • Preferably experience with complex medical devices and/or in a critical care environment • Knowledge of hemostasis management required • Strong technical and clinical aptitude • Ability to understand and train customers and users on TEG products • Ability to run the TEG Analyzer, understand application of results, and manipulate the software • Residence in the Salt Lake City area required • Ability to cover Utah, Boise, and Las Vegas • Ability to travel up to 50% overnight • Ability to support VAD/ECMO, Trauma, CV, high-risk obstetrics, liver transplant, vascular, and critical care clinicians
