📋 Description

• Support local governments and private non-profits recovering from natural disasters through federal funding programs, namely the FEMA PA program • Support the administrative process of the recovery program by collecting damage reports, financial information, facility maintenance records, and other relevant data • Assist clients in ensuring costs are eligible for funding under FEMA PA policy, process, and compliance rules • Partner with clients to contribute collected information to project formulation efforts, including creating FEMA PA Project Worksheets (PWs) • Contribute to other recovery efforts outside the FEMA PA program as assigned

🎯 Requirements

• A minimum of two (2) years of professional experience, preferably in management consulting or in a role directly supporting the FEMA PA Program • A bachelor’s degree in a related field (e.g., economics, political science, public policy, emergency management, business administration) • Previous experience with financial analysis and reconciliation • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel (e.g., pivot tables, VLOOKUP) • Strong written and verbal communication skills
