📋 Description

• Lead the day-to-day operations of the VMware Cloud Foundation services practice • Define and evolve technical and delivery standards for Broadcom VCF services, including VCF 9.x, vSAN, SDDC Manager, and vSphere • Manage, mentor, and develop Solutions Architects, Consultants, and Engineers • Own practice capability development across Broadcom VCF services • Partner with sales and solution architecture teams on offerings, presales, and delivery readiness • Monitor delivery performance, utilization, and quality metrics • Create and maintain reusable architectures, delivery frameworks, templates, and accelerators • Serve as escalation point for complex client challenges • Build relationships with key clients and stakeholders as a trusted advisor • Lead, scale, and mature SHI's Broadcom VMware Cloud Foundation services practice • Drive technical direction, delivery excellence, and people leadership across infrastructure modernization and hybrid cloud services

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in a related technical field or equivalent professional experience • 5+ years of experience delivering VMware by Broadcom solutions in a consulting or enterprise environment • 3+ years of experience leading or managing technical delivery teams • Expert understanding of Broadcom services engagements and delivery methodologies • Thorough knowledge of Broadcom's VMware Services Entitlement Program • Expert ability to lead and scale consultative delivery teams • Expert relationship management skills with clients, partners, and internal stakeholders • Expert ability to oversee complex, multi-workstream delivery engagements • Strong understanding of organizational operations, market positioning, competitive dynamics, and business processes • Ability to design and implement long-term workforce and organizational initiatives • Proven ability to direct projects through completion and ensure effective resource utilization and stakeholder satisfaction • Ability to work independently and as part of a cross-functional leadership team • Willingness to travel to client sites as needed; ability to travel up to 20% • Experience designing and delivering solutions with strong data governance and security controls • Strong understanding of Broadcom's vision for VMware Cloud Foundation • Proven ability to translate business requirements into scalable technical solutions • Excellent verbal and written communication skills • Commitment to continuous learning and technical leadership • Preferred: experience building or leading a Broadcom VCF consulting practice • Preferred: experience supporting commercial and corporate clients • Preferred: experience with Broadcom's VMware Cloud Foundation suite • Preferred: Broadcom certifications in VMware-related disciplines
