📋 Description

• Support local governments and private non-profits recovering from natural disasters through federal funding programs, namely the FEMA PA program • Support the administrative process of the recovery program through collection of documentation covering damage reports, financial information, facility maintenance records, and other relevant data • Assist clients with ensuring their costs are eligible for funding based on FEMA PA program policy, process, and compliance rules • Partner with clients to contribute to project formulation efforts, including creating FEMA PA Project Worksheets (PWs) • Contribute to other recovery efforts outside of the FEMA PA program as assigned • Work remotely, travel intermittently to client sites, or undertake longer-term travel on deployments depending on the project

🎯 Requirements

• A minimum of two (2) years of professional experience, preferably in management consulting or in a role directly supporting the FEMA PA Program • A bachelor's degree in a related field (e.g., economics, political science, public policy, emergency management, business administration) • Previous experience with financial analysis and reconciliation • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel (e.g., pivot tables, VLOOKUP) • Strong written and verbal communication skills
