📋 Description
• Defend civil litigation cases in Idaho • Independently manage case files • Conduct legal research and writing • Communicate with clients and relevant parties • Participate in marketing and client development • Travel as required • Handle trial-related work
🎯 Requirements
• At least 2+ years of experience defending civil litigation cases in Idaho • Licensed to practice law in the State of Idaho, required • Strong work ethic • Ability to independently manage case files • Excellent communication and analytical skills • Exceptional research and writing skills • Interest in marketing and client development • Ability to travel, required • Trial experience, preferred • Must complete an online employment application and resume
