📋 Description

• Develop and implement sales strategies to acquire and retain automotive dealer clients • Build and maintain relationships with dealership owners and key decision-makers • Identify portfolio growth opportunities by presenting financing solutions and promoting Westlake Flooring Company offerings • Conduct market research to remain competitive and align services with industry trends • Oversee servicing of the automotive floorplan portfolio and ensure customer satisfaction • Monitor account performance and proactively address client issues and concerns • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to streamline processes and enhance customer experience • Provide training and support to dealerships using financing solutions and services • Monitor dealership conditions and performance • Develop and maintain risk assessment models to evaluate dealership creditworthiness • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure compliance with company policies and regulatory requirements • Monitor portfolio performance, including loan balances, dealer performance, and payment trends

🎯 Requirements

• Bilingual in English and Spanish • Knowledge of the automotive industry and its various sectors • Strong financial acumen with working knowledge of key financial tools and terminology • Strong presentation, verbal, and written communication skills • Strong interpersonal skills and ability to interact with clients and collaborate with internal team members and external partners • Strong time management skills and ability to manage deadlines • Strong negotiation and collection skills • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills • Ability to work independently and in a remote environment • Proficient in Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook, and Teams • BA/BS in a related field and 3 years of related experience, or an equivalent combination of education and work-related experience • 2+ years of related experience in finance, sales, account management, and/or collections required • Travel greater than 25%, including some overnight travel • Ability to travel, fly, and drive • Ability to sit and stand for extended periods of time • Valid driver’s license required
