📋 Description

• Translate agreed priorities into action plans with clear owners, deliverables, and deadlines. • Organize project meetings, document decisions, and follow up on outstanding actions. • Maintain schedules, milestone trackers, and issue logs. • Identify dependencies, investigate delays, and escalate matters requiring management decisions. • Coordinate inputs and follow-up across Hanwha affiliates, internal teams, and external partners. • Consolidate team inputs into annual business plans and budgets. • Track progress and spending against approved plans and explain variances. • Draft presentations and project updates covering progress, budgets, risks, next steps, and required decisions. • Maintain approval schedules and submission checklists; assemble supporting materials and track outstanding inputs. • Coordinate document requests, data-room updates, and due diligence schedules with development, finance, and legal teams. • Perform other job-related duties as requested by management.

🎯 Requirements

• 2–4 years of relevant experience in project coordination, business planning, consulting, or a related role. • Experience coordinating assignments involving multiple teams and following deliverables through to completion. • Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage competing deadlines. • Ability to turn complex information into clear written summaries, presentations, and actionable next steps. • Proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint, with the ability to organize data and perform basic financial analysis.
