📋 Description

• Work as a core member of case teams to support clients in solving pressing growth challenges • Participate in all key phases of consulting projects, from brainstorming and hypothesis creation to research, strategy development, and final delivery of recommendations • Own and drive multiple project workstreams • Develop expertise on critical questions informing clients’ strategy and decision-making • Identify key data sources and conduct primary and secondary research • Develop hypotheses and conduct rigorous quantitative and qualitative analyses, including market and competitive landscaping, market sizing, financial analysis, and survey development and analysis • Synthesize research and analysis into clear, actionable insights • Develop compelling PowerPoint presentations, research briefs, and other client deliverables • Engage directly with clients and deliver findings and recommendations in informal and formal settings • Collaborate with, coach, and support junior team members • Contribute to firm development through internal and external networks, sector knowledge, and best practices

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree • 4+ years of consulting or other relevant professional services experience, including investment banking, market research, or another analytical field • Creative and structured approach to problem-solving • Strong analytical skills, with the ability to synthesize quantitative and qualitative data to develop meaningful insights • Superior attention to detail and a commitment to producing high-quality work • Strong interpersonal skills and demonstrated leadership capabilities • Strong written and verbal communication skills in English • Proactive mindset, with the ability to take ownership of multiple priorities and drive work forward with limited oversight • Ability to collaborate effectively across diverse teams and contribute to an inclusive environment • High degree of adaptability and comfort working in an entrepreneurial, fast-paced, and evolving environment • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint
