📋 Description

• Maintain and administer the Applicant Tracking System, including candidate records, job postings, and recruiting workflows • Review resumes and applications to identify qualified candidates • Coordinate and schedule interviews between candidates and hiring managers • Communicate with candidates throughout the hiring process • Assist with candidate sourcing, outreach, and talent pipeline management • Support job postings, recruiting reports, hiring metrics, and administrative activities • Assist with offer preparation, background checks, and pre-employment coordination • Partner with Talent Acquisition leadership on recruiting initiatives, process improvements, and special projects

🎯 Requirements

• Minimum of 3 years of experience supporting a recruiting or talent acquisition function preferred • Hands-on experience with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and recruiting platforms • Experience reviewing resumes, scheduling interviews, and coordinating candidate communications • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail • Ability to manage competing priorities • Excellent written and verbal communication skills • Proficiency with Microsoft Office, including Outlook, Excel, and Word • Ability to work independently and maintain productivity in a 100% remote work environment • Ability to collaborate effectively with hiring managers and team members across multiple locations • Previous recruiting experience in a law firm, professional services, or corporate environment preferred
