📋 Description

• Oversee the Talent Acquisition team and function, including mentoring, leading and managing Recruiters • Define individual KPIs and manage progress against individual goals • Directly manage full recruitment lifecycle efforts for corporate and technology roles • Manage intake, candidate sourcing, interviewing, job description writing, interview panel scheduling, and candidate closing • Develop and manage relationships with external recruitment agencies, LinkedIn, Glassdoor, Indeed, schools, universities, and other talent partners • Oversee hiring plan development and management, candidate assessments and evaluations, offers, and talent acquisition metrics • Build relationships with hiring managers to understand needs and secure high-performing candidates • Create sourcing plans based on level and location • Oversee training and education related to hiring, interviewing, compensation negotiations, recruitment compliance, and related topics • Collaborate with the Manager, People Operations on Talent Acquisition technology stack optimization, including Greenhouse and Workday • Collaborate with Finance and Total Rewards on compensation benchmarking and internal equity • Coordinate interview processes across multiple offices • Develop and manage progress against recruitment KPIs • Perform other duties and responsibilities as assigned

🎯 Requirements

• A Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience is required • Ten (10) or more years of experience in Talent Acquisition • Four (4) or more years of experience managing a high performing team • Hands-on experience recruiting for corporate and technology roles • Experience in healthcare is preferred • Ability to multi-task • Ability to lead and manage teams effectively • Highly collaborative • Exceptional external presence and communication skills • Strong analytical skills • Ability to develop processes and manage projects
