📋 Description

• Onboard customers and provide day-to-day customer support • Troubleshoot technically difficult deployment problems • Pull logs, HAR files, and configurations when issues occur • Write clear root cause analyses and provide focused escalations to engineering • Provide technical support during onboarding as a technical enablement partner • Identify opportunities to improve and strengthen the customer deployment experience • Maintain internal guides and customer-facing documentation • Feed field findings into the product roadmap • Partner with Customer Success, Solutions Architecture, QA, and other teams • Automate repeat work, address root causes, and improve customer and colleague workflows

🎯 Requirements

• Must be located in the United States and in the Eastern Time Zone • Must have authorization to work in the United States without employer visa sponsorship • Hands-on experience deploying and supporting enterprise security or endpoint products in customer environments • Familiarity with MDM platforms such as Intune, Jamf, or similar • Experience with browser extension rollout • Experience with SSO/identity configuration • Experience with network or endpoint setup • Comfortable working in Windows, Linux, and macOS environments • Strong customer-facing communication and technical troubleshooting ability • Ability to gather evidence, coordinate through issues, and close issues cleanly • Operational discipline to document fixes and create tracked processes • Ability to read or write code is a bonus, not a core requirement • Comfortable receiving direct customer feedback and working in a fast-moving team • Inquisitive, proactive, and ownership-oriented mindset • AI-first mindset and interest in automating repetitive work
