📋 Description

• Develop comprehensive training programs for healthcare professionals, including physicians, nurses, and allied health staff • Collaborate with subject matter experts to identify training needs and develop learning objectives aligned with organizational goals and regulatory requirements • Design engaging and interactive training materials, including presentations, e-learning modules, and hands-on workshops • Deliver training through in-person workshops, virtual webinars, and on-the-job coaching • Evaluate training effectiveness through assessments, surveys, and feedback mechanisms, and continuously improve programs • Provide individualized coaching and support to healthcare professionals to address performance gaps and enhance clinical competencies • Stay updated on industry trends, best practices, and regulatory changes in healthcare education and training • Collaborate with HR, Quality Assurance, and Clinical Operations to align training initiatives with organizational objectives • Maintain accurate records of training activities, attendance, and outcomes for progress tracking and regulatory compliance • Act as a resource and mentor for new hires, providing guidance and support for organizational integration

🎯 Requirements

• Associate’s degree in Nursing, Healthcare Administration, or related field • 3 years of experience in a healthcare setting, preferably in a hospital or clinical practice • 3 years of experience in healthcare education, training, or clinical instruction • Strong knowledge of clinical protocols, procedures, and best practices • Excellent presentation and facilitation skills, with the ability to engage and motivate learners • Proficiency in instructional design principles and adult learning theory • Effective communication skills, both verbal and written • Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment • Bachelor’s degree in Nursing, Healthcare Administration, or related field (preferred) • Certification in healthcare education or training (e.g., Certified Healthcare Trainer) (preferred)
