📋 Description

• Serve as a critical on-site technical expert responsible for the installation, commissioning, and optimization of automation systems in live operational environments. • Lead system commissioning and validate performance against specifications • Troubleshoot electrical, mechanical, and controls issues • Support system integration and startup activities • Provide technical support during go-live and stabilization phases • Perform system testing, validation, and documentation • Train client personnel on system operations and maintenance • Travel extensively to customer sites

🎯 Requirements

• 3–7+ years in field service, commissioning, or automation support • Strong troubleshooting across controls, mechanical, and electrical systems • Experience with PLC diagnostics and automation systems • Ability to work in high-pressure, fast-paced environments • High travel flexibility (often 50–80%) • Associate or Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or related field preferred
