📋 Description

• Lead end-to-end SIS platform deployments from kickoff through go-live • Conduct discovery workshops with campus stakeholders to map institutional requirements and legacy workflows • Maintain project timelines, track milestones, mitigate risks, and communicate status updates to internal teams and client steering committees • Support institutions through change management during transition to a modern SaaS environment • Conduct post-implementation reviews and contribute to continuous improvement of methodologies and playbooks • Serve as a higher education operations subject matter expert across admissions, registration, grading, degree auditing, and financial aid • Consult with staff to redesign legacy processes around platform best practices • Ensure configurations support FERPA, Title IV, and regional regulatory compliance • Champion responsible data governance throughout implementation • Configure predictive analytics models and early-warning systems for at-risk student identification • Leverage AI-driven data mapping, cleansing, and automation tools for data migration and client outcomes • Define SIS integration requirements with LMS, CRM, and ERP/financial systems • Translate complex academic policies into technical configurations • Develop and deliver training for campus staff before go-live • Build consultative relationships with university leadership and identify platform expansion opportunities • Partner with Sales and Account Management on account growth strategies, proposals, and renewals • Synthesize customer feedback and implementation pain points to drive product roadmap improvements • Performance measured by on-time go-live rate, CSAT/NPS, training completion and effectiveness, post-go-live support ticket volume, install-base revenue growth, and process improvement contributions

🎯 Requirements

• Experience in professional services, implementation, or project management within higher education technology or SIS platforms • Proven ability to develop and deliver effective training programs for diverse stakeholder groups • Strong customer problem-solving skills with a track record of managing escalations and driving creative solutions • Hands-on experience leveraging AI tools to improve processes such as data migration, workflow automation, or analytics • Solid understanding of higher education operations and regulatory requirements such as FERPA, Title IV, and data governance principles • Demonstrated ability to identify and close upsell or cross-sell opportunities within an existing client base, with comfort in consultative selling and contributing to proposals • Excellent communication and presentation skills across all levels of institutional stakeholders • PMP, CAPM, or equivalent project management certification • Direct experience implementing SIS platforms (e.g., Ellucian, Jenzabar, or similar) • Experience with AI-driven data migration or analytics tools in an enterprise environment • Background in change management methodologies or data governance policy development • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding install-base revenue targets in a professional services environment • Travel within the US is required from time to time for on-site client training and implementation support
