📋 Description

• Develop and execute the overall commercial strategy to drive sustainable revenue growth and market expansion • Build, mentor, and lead a high-performing commercial organization focused on accountability, execution, and customer outcomes • Establish and maintain executive-level relationships with key customers, government agencies, industry associations, and strategic partners • Advise the EVP and executive leadership team on market dynamics, competitive positioning, and growth opportunities • Champion a customer-centric culture focused on long-term relationships and customer satisfaction • Travel domestically and internationally up to 25% per year • Self-manage and schedule travel for sales opportunities, executive meetings, and other business needs

🎯 Requirements

• 8+ years of experience in a leadership executive role, preferably within a software solutions company • Proven track record of driving significant revenue growth and building high-performing teams • Deep experience with commercial strategy development, sales process optimization, and performance analysis • Exceptional leadership, communication, and collaboration skills • Strong understanding of business operations, including customer engagement and improving operational efficiency • Data-driven mindset with a passion for achieving measurable results • Experience in Healthcare IT or public sector software industry is a differentiator • Proficiency with sales automation tools and CRM systems, e.g., Salesforce, is a differentiator • Strong understanding of analytics platforms and sales performance metrics is a differentiator • History of working effectively with cross-functional teams is a differentiator • Must have a valid passport and be able to obtain any necessary visas as required • Must be able to work within the EST timezone
