📋 Description

• Provide remote support to customers of Healthcare clients • Handle outbound calls in a courteous and efficient manner • Meet and maintain outbound calling goals and metrics • Document all outbound call attempts and results using available tools • Gain an understanding of Medicare and Medicaid plans, benefits, and features • Assist with setting appointments, completing welcome calls, and health assessments • Provide a professional consumer experience through effective listening and communication • Maintain high standards of ethical conduct • Work closely with internal and external consumer customers • Meet metrics including attendance/schedule adherence, average handle time, and quality score

🎯 Requirements

• Strong customer service and data entry skills • Analytical thinking, excellent listening skills, and attention to detail • Ability to multi-task • Intermediate to advanced experience resolving computer application issues and navigating multiple windows • Availability to work flexible shifts including holidays, weekends, and evenings • Must reside in one of the following states: Arkansas, Georgia, Illinois, Kansas, New Hampshire, New Jersey, Ohio, Tennessee, Texas, Pennsylvania, Virginia • Personal Windows 11 Operating System required with webcam and USB headset (equipment not provided) • Stable, high speed internet connection through ethernet • High school diploma or equivalent • Ability to communicate through verbal and written English • Professional grammar and ability to read and write English • Must pass all assessments and systems check • 1 year or more call center experience preferred • Prior medical or health insurance experience preferred • Knowledge of medical and Medicare terminology helpful • Comfortable with constructive feedback and willing to improve
