📋 Description

• Own the full lifecycle of utility and meter reading operations across communities • Be the go-to expert for billing questions from Community Managers • Act as first line of defense for meter issues • Partner with Billing and Recapture Manager for monthly reporting and budgeting

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree required; a background in business administration, management, or operations is a plus but not mandatory • 1+ years in multi-family utility billing (manufactured home community experience is a bonus) • Sharp attention to detail, strong organizational instincts, and a problem-solver's mindset • Excellent written and verbal communication • Comfortable in MS Office and quick to pick up new software and systems • Able to work in an office setting for extended periods using standard office equipment
