📋 Description

• Develop, implement, and support collaboration services and solutions for consulting clients • Build customer-focused relationships to identify business challenges and develop specifications and requirements • Collaborate with Practice Leads to create and maintain documents and procedures • Execute large projects with Project Managers and Practice Leads on time and on budget • Provide leadership and communicate project success requirements to the Project Management Team • Lead Engineers and ensure tasks are completed accurately and timely • Serve as Lead Engineer on projects involving multiple technologies • Provide daily project updates on timelines, hours, resources, and concerns • Coordinate collaboration between different business units to deliver a strong customer experience • Participate in team and customer meetings in a leadership role • Contribute to product selection, research, configuration standards, and best practices • Educate sales teams on products and services • Maintain current certifications and stay current on new products and solutions • Create and manage customer proof-of-concept and trial implementations • Continue professional growth in project experience, leadership, certifications, and technical expertise • Meet annual billable-hour goals

🎯 Requirements

• 5+ years in a technical related field • Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent experience • CCNP or equivalent level experience • Experience designing and implementing Collaboration solutions using Cisco, Zoom, and Microsoft Teams Voice • Experience designing and implementing Video solutions using Cisco, Zoom, and Microsoft Teams Voice • Advanced Contact Center experience with Cisco, Zoom, and Dynamics 365 • Outcome-focused mindset • Strong prioritization skills • Team-player attitude • Professional attitude and respectful demeanor • Maintain current vendor/industry-specific certifications • Ability to meet annual billable goal hours as defined by HBS
