📋 Description

• Design and maintain overall ServiceNow platform architecture and technical standards. • Define integration patterns, data models, and technical governance standards. • Provide architectural review and guidance on complex builds and integrations. • Own governance standards and guardrails for the Citizen Developer program. • Lead resolution of highly complex technical problems requiring original or innovative approaches. • Mentor and provide technical direction to developers and other technical staff. • Serve as subject matter expert and represent the platform in architecture/governance reviews. • Communicate technical strategy and risk to technical and executive leadership.

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree and 12+ years of relevant experience; additional years of experience may be substituted in lieu of a degree. • Deep hands-on ServiceNow development and architecture experience. • Demonstrated experience setting technical standards and leading other technical staff. • Excellent communication skills, including experience presenting to senior/executive leadership. • U.S. citizenship required. • ServiceNow Certified Technical Architect (CTA) or Certified Master Architect (CMA) preferred. • ServiceNow Certified Application Developer (CAD) preferred. • One or more ServiceNow CIS certifications (e.g., CIS-ITSM, CIS-IRM) preferred.
