📋 Description

• Support the provider recruitment and contracting process to ensure strategic provider coverage for the assigned territory • Develop knowledge of products, contracting language, and negotiation skills • Conduct small- to mid-size contract negotiations for physicians and physician groups • Develop and maintain relationships with providers • Support complex hospital and physician contracting activities • Travel within the assigned territory, including overnight stays

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor Degree OR 4 years managed care operations experience handling independent work • Ability to meet deadlines and work well under pressure • Verbal and written communication skills • Organizational and planning skills • PC proficiency, including Microsoft Office • Analytical skills • Ability and willingness to travel within assigned territory, including overnight stays • Advanced experience in Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Copilot (preferred) • Experience with spreadsheets, claims data, and market trends (preferred) • Sponsorship will not be provided for this role
