📋 Description

• Lead and control financial reporting and analysis • Develop and implement HCSC’s financial reporting strategy • Advise and consult senior management on financial accounting, reporting, and analysis

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting or Finance or related field • 5 years accounting and financial reporting experience • 2 years supervisor and/leadership experience • Skills in motivation, employee development, performance management, and hiring • Strong analytical, verbal and written communication and presentation skills • Proficiency in Microsoft Office • Established project management experience • Ability to work with numerous different groups throughout a large organization • Demonstrated track record of attention to detail, time management and prioritization skills • Demonstrated project management skills • Certified Public Accountant preferred • Insurance statutory accounting and reporting experience preferred
