📋 Description

• Participate in the design, development, and implementation of end-to-end Infrastructure solutions and blueprints • Install, configure, administer, operate, and support Teradata platform technologies • Ensure integration, stability, security, and operational viability of Infrastructure products and Teradata platform services • Support Teradata upgrades, patches, migrations, backup, recovery, disaster recovery, and business continuity activities • Coordinate with onshore and offshore teams on Infrastructure builds and platform operations • Monitor Teradata system health, availability, capacity, and performance metrics • Troubleshoot database, application, and infrastructure issues; perform root cause analysis and implement corrective actions • Support Infrastructure automation initiatives and maintain automation solutions with DevOps and Automation Engineering teams • Develop Operational Readiness documentation, runbooks, procedures, and support materials • Design and build pilot solutions using new technologies and implement product features and platform enhancements • Identify and escalate risks, performance bottlenecks, and operational concerns • Participate in Level 3 support, on-call rotations, and incident management

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree and 2 years in Information Technology or relevant experience OR Technical Certification and/or College Courses and 4 years Information Technology experience OR 6 years Information Technology experience • Infrastructure Automation • Operations Management • ITIL v3 • IT standards, procedures, policies • Ability to simplify and standardize complex concepts/processes • Understanding of business priorities, industry trends, and markets • Oral and written communication skills • Problem-solving and analytical skills, tools, and techniques • Supplier management • Ability to prioritize and make trade-off decisions • Cross-functional execution • Adaptability and ability to introduce/manage change • Teamwork and collaboration • Organized and detail-oriented • Analytical and problem-solving skills • Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, MIS, or related degrees (preferred) • Teradata Database Administration (DBA) Foundational Level (preferred) • Ability to work remotely within the continental United States, excluding California, New York, Alaska, and Hawaii
