📋 Description

• Lead and develop a team • Drive cross-functional collaboration supporting Medicare Advantage product and bid strategies • Serve as a subject matter expert throughout the product lifecycle • Evaluate product performance • Conduct competitive and strategic market analysis • Develop innovative product and benefit strategies supporting long-term growth and profitability • Monitor industry trends, Medicare Advantage economic levers, and regulatory requirements • Translate business strategy and market insights into product roadmaps, benefit changes, and regional growth initiatives • Oversee execution and governance of the Medicare Advantage bid process • Collaborate with senior leaders across Sales, Marketing, Finance, Operations, and Market teams

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor degree and 7 years experience in health care, health insurance, or strategic consulting environment OR 11 years experience in health care, health insurance, or strategic consulting • Two years’ experience managing and leading teams, including hiring and training staff and managing a departmental budget • Experience in managed care product development, benefits consulting or project management • Experience working with corporate leadership and communicating at all organizational levels • Experience managing multiple complex priorities and a heavy workload • Organizational skills and attention to detail • Verbal and written communication skills • Preferred: Bachelor degree in Business or Health Administration • Preferred: MBA or Masters Degree • Preferred: Health care industry experience • Preferred: 3+ years experience in Medicare Advantage Bid with understanding of MA economics and bid requirements • Preferred: Analytical and strategic decision-making and problem-solving abilities • Preferred: Experience leading cross-functional projects and managing stakeholder relationships • Preferred: Strong understanding of Medicare Advantage Star Ratings and quality programs • Advanced Excel experience • Must be authorized to work in the US; sponsorship is not available
