📋 Description

• Assess contractor capabilities and performance to identify strengths, weaknesses, and improvement opportunities • Recruit and onboard contractors based on assessments • Serve as the primary communication and escalation point for contractors • Develop and maintain the contractor performance grading system • Review audits to ensure compliance with HD Supply standards • Educate contractors on quality standards and procedural guidelines • Facilitate communication between contractors and the sales team • Manage contractor inquiries regarding project specifications, regulatory compliance, and customer expectations • Use QuickBase to assess programming needs and ensure accurate, integral data input • Participate in strategy discussions for potential integration with organizational platforms and systems • Approve contractors’ licenses in QuickBase for permitted services • Review scopes of work for compliance with licensing laws • Provide backup licensing expertise during project success calls • Troubleshoot and resolve complex problems • Plan, assign, monitor, and review project or assignment progress where applicable

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in business administration or a related field • 5+ years of experience in contractor management • Familiarity with compliance standards and regulations relevant to contracting and service provision • Must obtain state contractor certifications for organizational use • Typically requires BS/BA in a related discipline and generally 5–8 years of experience in a related field, OR MS/MA and generally 3–5 years of experience in a related field • Certification is required in some areas • Must reside in one of the specified states: Georgia, New York, Texas, California, or Florida • Ability to travel overnight 20% to 50% of the time
