📋 Description

• Serve as the subject matter expert for revenue cycle workflows related to registration and scheduling within the PATH EHR environment • Partner with clinical, HIM, finance and operational stakeholders • Optimize registration and scheduling processes • Support implementation and sustainment activities • Troubleshoot workflow issues • Ensure accurate capture and reconciliation of clinical revenue • Represent revenue cycle interests with clinical, operational and IT leadership • Translate revenue cycle needs into information system needs • Provide workflow analysis and operational support to customers • Establish and disseminate best practices for integrated technologies • Identify high-value solutions to clinical workflow and operational barriers using data and observation

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent combination of education and experience • 5+ years of related experience • 8+ years of experience supporting medium to large IT projects • Knowledge of Indian Health Services workflows • Extensive knowledge and experience with the Oracle Health electronic health record • Clinical informatics, clinical workflows and data analytics skills • Effective organizational and analytical skills • Proficient in Microsoft products • Ability to manage project work and adhere to agreed upon timelines • Must be able to obtain a Public Trust Level 5 clearance • Ability to travel up to 25% of the year, if needed
