📋 Description

• Drive profitable sales growth by prospecting new accounts, retaining existing accounts, and expanding opportunities with current customers • Meet yearly sales goals across core and emerging industries and markets • Develop and maintain sales relationships with key decision makers and influencers across organizations • Manage sales volume with existing customers while prospecting and acquiring new customers • Develop and implement plans to expand business presence in the assigned area • Share market insights and competitor information across the organization • Collaborate with leadership to analyze market trends and customer needs and inform sales strategies • Attend company-sponsored association meetings and local trade shows • Represent the organization in regional or national activities as necessary • Provide general guidance or training to junior-level support or professional personnel

🎯 Requirements

• Must reside in the specified state(s): Pennsylvania • Bachelor’s degree in business administration or a related field preferred • Typically requires BS/BA in a related discipline • 3+ years of business-to-business sales experience preferred • Generally 2–5 years of experience in a related field, or MS/MA and generally 2–4 years of experience in a related field • Acceptable Motor Vehicle Record (MVR) report required • Personal vehicle operation required, consistently more than 20% of the average work week • Certification is required in some areas • Ability to conduct data analysis and resolve missing/incomplete information and inconsistencies/anomalies in complex research/data • Ability to attend monthly business meetings, local trade shows, and regional or national activities as necessary
