📋 Description

• Contribute to annual sales and profitability targets through inventory audits, replenishment, and customer training • Perform project management and coordinate inventory projects between internal and external customers • Drive business growth within the assigned territory with new and existing customers • Serve as the point of contact for inventory-managed solutions • Perform inventory audits, source and order products, and project manage new inventory solutions • Manage and facilitate inventory disposition at customer sites • Audit and replenish inventory, resolve customer issues related to inventory adjustments and discrepancies, and ensure compliance with internal control procedures • Assist with implementation and setup of new inventory-managed solutions, including designing solutions, receiving product, and stocking and labeling finished goods • Work with cross-functional sales teams as the subject matter expert for inventory solutions tasks • Train new hires, vendors, customers, and other functional areas • Present to customers and leadership on market conditions and concerns • Resolve missing or incomplete information and inconsistencies/anomalies in complex research and data • Provide general guidance or training to junior-level support or professional personnel

🎯 Requirements

• Must reside in the state(s) specified above; this position is only open to residents in the specified state(s) • Bachelor’s degree in business or a related area preferred • Typically requires a BS/BA in a related discipline • 2+ years of experience in inventory auditing or warehouse operations • Generally 2–5 years of experience in a related field, or MS/MA and generally 2–4 years of experience in a related field • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, Word, and Outlook • Ability to perform inventory audits, replenishment, inventory analysis, and discrepancy resolution • Ability to source and order products and manage inventory projects • Ability to perform regular physical activities including walking, standing, stooping, climbing, lifting, and maneuvering materials or equipment weighing 50+ pounds • Overnight travel typically less than 10% of the time • Certification is required in some areas
