📋 Description

• Implement and administer recruiting strategies for key organizational openings • Conduct candidate need/fit assessments through screening and interviews • Support internal clients by understanding business context and needs and providing consulting and talent solutions • Collaborate with human resources business partners to support successful recruiting and onboarding • Build qualified applicant pools using various recruiting methods and tools • Conduct information sessions with managers to determine position requirements • Negotiate and finalize position offers to potential associates • Monitor competitors, industry changes, and market salary structures and recommend strategy adjustments • Perform recruiting support tasks and follow up with candidates and managers to resolve issues • Provide general guidance or training to junior-level support or professional personnel as needed

🎯 Requirements

• Must reside in the state(s) specified above; position only open to residents of the specified state(s) • 3-5 years of recruitment experience in a high volume, fast paced environment • Prior experience with applicant tracking system software and related internet recruiting portals • Typically requires BS/BA in a related discipline and generally 2-5 years of experience in a related field, OR MS/MA and generally 2-4 years of experience in a related field • Certification is required in some areas • Ability to conduct candidate screening and interviews • Ability to negotiate and finalize position offers • Ability to analyze data and resolve missing/incomplete information and inconsistencies/anomalies • Ability to work with increasing independence • May require providing guidance or training to junior personnel
