📋 Description

• Conduct full-life cycle recruitment efforts supporting US Government and private sector contracts • Recruit and evaluate job candidates to achieve staffing objectives • Source and attract candidates using databases, social media, and other methods • Conduct interviews and filter candidates for open positions • Use reliable recruiting and selection tools and methods to interview candidates within schedule • Assess applicants’ relevant knowledge, skills, soft skills, experience, and aptitudes • Onboard new employees so they become fully integrated • Monitor and apply HR recruiting best practices

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree (preferred qualification) • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills • Experience with Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word) • Ability to pass background check • Must be able to remain in a stationary position 50% of the time • Frequently required to move about inside the office to access file cabinets, office machinery, etc. • Occasionally required to stand; climb or balance and stoop, kneel, crouch, or crawl • Occasionally lift and/or move up to 25 pounds • May be exposed to extreme cold or hot weather conditions, fumes or airborne particles, toxic or caustic chemicals, and loud noise during visits to areas of operations
