📋 Description

• Assist with sourcing and onboarding efforts for a variety of roles supporting patients and clients in Chronic Care Management (CCM). • Interface with the business and candidates. • Apply successful recruiting core practices. • Self-manage recruiting activities. • Support talent acquisition needs resulting from company growth.

🎯 Requirements

• Excellent interpersonal skills with good negotiation tactics. • Ability to create and implement sourcing strategies for recruitment for a variety of roles. • Proactive and independent with the ability to take initiative. • Excellent time management skills with a proven ability to meet deadlines. • Knowledge of sourcing effectiveness, screening, interviewing, selection, and candidate assessment techniques. • Demonstrated successful experience directly soliciting passive candidates via the phone or have related inside sales experience. • Driven to achieve and outperform, continuously looking for improvements to exceed targets. • Competitive with the desire to beat established KPI's and be a top performer. • Proficiency using Microsoft Office products and Applicant Tracking Systems/databases. • Minimum of one (1) year of previous work experience is required. • Previous Healthcare Recruiting is a plus. • High-speed internet is required (satellite and 5G-based internet are not accepted).
