📋 Description

• Support high-volume hiring initiatives through structured candidate interviews and assessments • Evaluate candidate experience, skills and qualifications against selection criteria and provide recommendations • Deliver a consistent, engaging candidate experience throughout interview and selection processes • Manage interview activity, documentation, and candidate disposition in the applicant tracking system • Partner with recruiting team members and hiring stakeholders on role requirements, selection criteria, priorities, and candidate profiles • Participate in interview debriefs and share candidate insights • Maintain timely communication with candidates and internal stakeholders • Manage full life-cycle recruiting for select non-client-facing experienced-hire positions • Partner with hiring leaders and human resources to understand talent needs and develop recruiting strategies • Conduct targeted research and sourcing for active and passive candidates • Screen, interview, assess, and present qualified talent • Manage candidate and hiring leader communication • Maintain requisition and candidate information in the applicant tracking system • Lead the employment offer process, including formulating, negotiating, and extending offers • Develop relationships with candidates, hiring leaders, colleagues, and external recruiting sources • Use talent market insights to support recruiting and candidate engagement strategies • Collaborate across Talent Attraction to support changing hiring priorities • Communicate and promote the employee referral program • Grow recruiting skills and knowledge through education, training, and cross-training

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree preferred or 5 years of relevant experience in lieu of • 1 year of experience required • Experience in talent acquisition within a professional services firm preferred; assurance, tax or consulting experience considered for career changers • Experience in full life cycle recruiting focused in professional services or agency recruiting preferred • Demonstrated ability to collaborate, influence and impact change by leading individuals in a matrix environment • Ability to attract and retain talent, proven relationship-building skills, and strong leadership qualities to drive collaboration, influence, and change in a matrix environment • Eligibility to work in the U.S. without sponsorship required
