📋 Description

• Recruit roles within one or more functional areas for OhioHealth • Execute local and national recruiting plans and contemporary sourcing strategies • Recruit elevated-visibility, high-volume, and difficult-to-fill roles when required • Execute searches against agreed timelines, benchmarks, and metrics • Contribute to process improvement exercises and work enhancement projects • Nurture strategic partnerships and internal-external relationships • Act as a recruitment subject matter expert to business leaders • Provide market intelligence, benchmarking, strategic recruitment best practices, diverse sourcing, pipeline performance metrics, and candidate experience expertise • Maintain near-, mid-, and long-term talent pipeline health • Develop multi-channel search strategies and build talent networks • Execute the full recruitment lifecycle from hiring manager intake through onboarding handoff • Refine job descriptions and screen, disposition, and evaluate candidates • Deliver diverse candidate slates to hiring managers • Manage pay negotiations, salary recommendations, offers, and offer acceptance or declines • Source candidates through networking, direct approach, referrals, and university relations • Maintain candidate pipeline and applicant flow data and deliver reports • Recommend continuous improvements to candidate and hiring manager experiences • Partner with hiring teams on sourcing, assessment, and closing approaches • Participate in special projects and recruiting initiatives • Manage time across concurrent hiring projects and daily work • Complete mandatory and continuing education, skills competency, and certification requirements

🎯 Requirements

• High School Diploma and 6–8 years of experience in recruiting, or Associate degree and 4–6 years of experience in recruiting, or Bachelor's Degree and 2–4 years of experience in recruiting • Field of Study: Human Resources or a related field • 2+ years corporate, full life cycle recruitment, closing candidates and negotiating offers • Experience building partnerships within HR, across business functions, and with relevant external entities • Strong client focus and commitment to continuous improvement • Experience managing and prioritizing multiple searches, projects, and client relationships • Experience building reports and utilizing a variety of recruiting plans and tools • Proven track record of diverse talent placement success • Recruitment, branding, and networking excellence using LinkedIn, Indeed, Instagram, Facebook, and online capabilities • Ability to navigate ambiguous and complex situations and influence and negotiate diplomatically and fairly • Excellent teamwork and customer service skills • Strong verbal and written communication skills • Analytical, problem-solving, and attention-to-detail skills • Ability to work with minimal direct supervision and in a team environment • Knowledge of state and federal employment laws and EEO • Experience using an applicant tracking system such as Workday
