📋 Description

• Partner with hiring managers and People Operations on hiring needs, organizational priorities, and workforce planning • Advise leaders on position design, job descriptions, compensation alignment, and recruiting strategies • Develop sourcing approaches for nonprofit, technology, fundraising, marketing, analytics, and corporate functions • Lead the full recruitment lifecycle from requisition approval through offer acceptance • Conduct intake meetings and establish search strategies, competencies, and selection criteria • Build and maintain candidate pipelines • Screen applications, conduct initial interviews, and present qualified candidates • Coordinate interviews, evaluations, feedback collection, and offer development • Manage candidate communications and deliver a high-quality candidate experience • Source and engage passive candidates through LinkedIn, professional networks, referrals, industry associations, and other channels • Advise, train, and coach hiring managers and interview teams • Facilitate structured and equitable interview processes • Represent CDP's mission, culture, and employee value proposition • Manage applicant tracking systems, recruiting workflows, and candidate records • Maintain recruiting data and reporting • Monitor pipeline health, time-to-fill, source effectiveness, candidate conversion rates, and diversity indicators • Provide recruiting updates and insights to leaders and the People Team • Support onboarding, pre-boarding, orientation, and candidate-to-employee transition • Gather feedback to improve onboarding and recruiting processes

🎯 Requirements

• 5+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience • Proven success sourcing and recruiting passive candidates across professional, technical, and business roles • Strong interviewing and talent assessment skills • Ability to influence and partner with hiring managers and senior leaders • Experience managing multiple searches simultaneously • Strong project management and organizational skills • Ability to analyze recruiting data and use insights to improve outcomes • Experience utilizing applicant tracking systems and recruiting technologies • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills • Ability to work independently in a remote environment while collaborating effectively across teams • Familiarity with employment practices and hiring compliance requirements • Bachelor's Degree or equivalent combination of education and experience preferred • Preferred: experience in mission-driven, nonprofit, technology, media, consulting, or professional services organizations • Preferred: diversity-focused sourcing and inclusive hiring initiatives • Preferred: building talent acquisition processes in a growing organization • Preferred: compensation benchmarking and offer development practices • Preferred: AI-enabled recruiting tools and sourcing technologies
