📋 Description

• Help clients find amazing talent for their workforce • Help applicants find great opportunities for their future • Create compelling job descriptions • Review applications • Interview applicants • Post notes/scorecards for client review • Follow the specified workflow • Report to Chris, Principal

🎯 Requirements

• Experience within Low-Voltage (Ops, Sr. PM, Lead Tech, Sr. Eng, Service Mgr, etc.) • Leadership & Management of Teams — ideally including Hiring & Firing • Proven yourself in a remote work capacity • A Steady Work History (3yrs Between Hops) • Ability to communicate exceptionally well, both written and verbal • Must be US based; no sponsorship • Must have internet with a clean and quiet space from which to work • Full-time availability (40 hours/week) • Must align with PST/CST/EST client schedule
