📋 Description

• Achieve annual sales and profitability targets within the assigned territory • Drive business growth with existing and incremental customers • Establish and expand relationships with owners and contractors • Serve as the central point of contact for territory renovation projects • Manage project management, due diligence, product sourcing, product selection, RFPs, and quoting • Coordinate projects between internal and external customers • Partner with credit teams to identify funding and ownership • Troubleshoot and resolve complex problems • Plan, assign, monitor, and review project or assignment progress and accuracy when overseeing work • Contribute to employees’ professional development • Perform other duties as assigned

🎯 Requirements

• Must reside in Louisiana • Renovation or multi-family redevelopment experience • Construction or project management experience • Business-to-business sales experience • Multi-family (apartments) industry experience • Working knowledge of Office Suite programs • Experience with Salesforce or comparable CRM program preferred • Experience with Salesforce CPQ or comparable online bidding tools preferred • Tech-savvy • Acceptable Motor Vehicle Record (MVR) report required • BS/BA in a related discipline, or MS/MA with related experience • Certification is required in some areas • Ability to travel overnight 20% to 50% of the time • Ability to operate a company or personal vehicle more than 20% of the average work week • Ability to perform physical activities including walking, standing, stooping, climbing, lifting, and maneuvering materials or equipment weighing 50+ pounds • Generally 5–8 years of related experience with a BS/BA, or 3–5 years with an MS/MA
