📋 Description

• Take great care of customers and identify coverage gaps, eligible discounts, and renewal issues • Answer inbound calls from customers shopping for auto, home, motorcycle, and other policies • Assist policyholders with policy changes and service needs • Learn the insurance product panel and Jerry.ai app deeply • Match customers with suitable insurance companies and coverage • Solve problems that prevent customers from obtaining appropriate coverage • Process service requests involving vehicles, drivers, lienholders, and policy documents • Provide product feedback and help improve the customer experience

🎯 Requirements

• Prior work experience in customer service, sales, or hospitality is a plus, but not required • Genuinely friendly and positive attitude • Willingness to work as a team • Strong work ethic • Strong problem solving skills • Strong communication skills • Full-time employees must currently reside in AZ, CA, CO, FL, GA, IL, MA, NC, NJ, NV, NY, OR, TN, TX, UT, VA, or Ontario, Canada for salaried employment, or AZ, FL, GA, NV, NY, NC, TN, TX, UT, or VA for hourly employment • Legally authorized to work in the U.S. as applicable • Must have or be willing to obtain a P&C insurance license
