📋 Description

• Gather disparate data from various data sources • Analyze and normalize data to ensure data integrity • Provide consistent, relevant, and accurate data and guidance on data definitions • Serve as a resource to assigned clients in the area of expertise • Gather and compile raw data and conduct research for industry trends and benchmarks • Normalize data for incorporation into a centralized data format • Analyze and report findings, compare industry/company benchmarks, determine trends, and prepare cost analyses • Define data definitions and document data limitations • Prepare spreadsheets and reports with charts and graphs, mailing lists, maps, and ad hoc requests • Make presentations as needed • Provide recommendations based on findings and analysis • Provide input on policies and procedures • Participate in department and interdepartmental projects • Provide general guidance or training to junior-level support or professional personnel • Perform other duties as assigned

🎯 Requirements

• Typically requires BS/BA in a related discipline • Generally 2–5 years of experience in a related field, or MS/MA and generally 2–4 years of experience in a related field • Certification is required in some areas • Skill in data analysis techniques • Ability to resolve missing/incomplete information and inconsistencies/anomalies in complex research/data • Ability to work with spreadsheets, reports, charts, graphs, mailing lists, maps, and ad hoc requests
