📋 Description

• Establish positive, trusting rapport with patients • Diagnose and treat mental health disorders • Create individualized treatment plans according to patient needs and circumstances • Meet with patients regularly to provide counseling and treatment • Adjust treatment plans as necessary • Conduct ongoing assessments of patient progress • Involve and advise family members when appropriate • Plan outreach and referral activities in surrounding communities

🎯 Requirements

• Minimum 12 months in a clinical setting after becoming fully licensed • Master’s Level Degree or higher in a related field (required) • Full, unencumbered LMFT, LCSW, LPC, LPCC, or Psychologist license based on office location; valid and active license required • Associate/intern-level therapists are not being hired • Maintain professional licensure and/or certification throughout employment • Ability to work cooperatively as a team member • Superb organizational skills • Ability to guide, direct, or influence people • Excellent written and oral communication skills • Ability to establish and maintain effective working relationships with clients and families • Demonstrated experience using electronic health record systems • Familiarity with NextGen is highly desirable • Strong computer literacy, including word processing, spreadsheets, databases, and presentations • Ability to quickly adapt to new technologies and troubleshoot common issues • Bilingual English/Spanish skills are a plus, but not required
