📋 Description

• Serve as an embedded finance business partner to 1–2 functions • Translate business plans into financial plans and financial constraints into business tradeoffs • Build and pressure-test business cases for product, sales and marketing, market expansion, headcount, vendor, and build-vs-buy investments • Track investment outcomes and unit economics and report findings to leadership • Run financial planning and monthly forecasting end-to-end • Manage operating budgets through monthly reviews, variance analysis, and guidance • Maintain and improve forecasts and business-driver understanding • Help define important KPIs and work with Data to make them visible and trusted • Apply AI tools to drive faster insight, efficiency, and decision-making • Partner with leaders across Product, Sales, Marketing, Operations, People, and corporate functions

🎯 Requirements

• 8+ years of experience • Experience blending Investment Banking, Consulting, or Private Equity/Venture Capital with a highly analytical Strategic Finance role at a fast-growing tech company is ideal • Experience owning the numbers for a fast-growing business or product line • Ability to demonstrate decisions that changed because of financial analysis • Ability to shape strategy and lead cross-functional work without authority • Ability to bring structure to ambiguous, open-ended problems • Ability to communicate complex insights clearly to finance and business audiences • Active use of AI tools to improve efficiency, analysis, and decision-making • Authorization to work in the United States • Must not require visa sponsorship now or in the future
