📋 Description

• Own paid social on Meta end to end, including strategy, budget, buying, optimization, and scaling to efficient CAC • Launch and scale premium video campaigns across OLV and CTV • Design tests and scale measurable premium video programs • Lead creative strategy and testing with the internal Creative team, external agencies, and Product Marketing • Shape creative concepts and write campaign briefs • Build AI and agent workflows for creative variation, campaign builds, QA, pacing, reporting, and insights • Design incrementality tests, including holdouts and geo tests • Convert test results into budget and creative decisions • Share learnings and AI playbooks across Patient Growth • Report to the Director of Patient Growth Marketing

🎯 Requirements

• 8+ years of paid social experience at scale with clear, measurable results • Hands-on OLV/CTV experience • Experience working as an individual contributor without requiring a team under you • Concrete experience building AI processes or agents that changed how work gets done • Creative thinking with a performance-first mindset while protecting the brand • Rigorous data and measurement skills • Comfort with incrementality, attribution, and MMM trade-offs • Healthcare or regulated-category advertising experience is nice to have • Must be authorized to work in the United States • Must indicate whether visa sponsorship will be required
