📋 Description

• Build and execute a comprehensive market growth strategy aligned with corporate objectives • Serve as the commercial leader and primary ambassador within the assigned market • Establish Personify Health's presence within the local healthcare and benefits community • Develop annual market business plans with measurable growth objectives • Identify market trends, competitive activity, and emerging opportunities • Generate net-new revenue through strategic engagement with employers, brokers, consultants, and referral partners • Develop trusted advisor relationships with regional consultants and brokerage firms • Create strategic account plans for priority consulting firms • Represent Personify Health at industry conferences, networking events, and market leadership forums • Manage the sales pipeline accurately and maintain forecast accountability • Conduct executive opportunity reviews • Maintain CRM discipline • Coordinate cross-functionally with Implementation, Client Success, Product, and Operations • Partner with National Account Executives, Strategic Sales Associates, Channel Sales, Product, and Operations to drive revenue growth and market expansion

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience • 10+ years of successful healthcare, employee benefits, or TPA sales experience • Demonstrated success selling complex self-funded healthcare solutions • Proven history of exceeding sales objectives within highly consultative sales environments
