📋 Description

• Manage day-to-day configuration, support, maintenance, and improvement of the Salesforce Sales Cloud platform • Handle user accounts, roles, profiles, permission sets, public groups, OWD, and sharing rules • Create and maintain fields, page layouts, record types, dashboards, and reports • Build and maintain Flow automation, including migrating legacy Workflow Rules and Process Builder automations • Perform data audits, deduplication, and data cleansing • Manage imports, exports, mass updates, and backups • Troubleshoot Salesforce issues and resolve user problems • Manage user setup, deactivation, roles, profiles, and license assignment • Coordinate system upgrades, seasonal releases, and sandbox refreshes/testing • Evaluate Salesforce releases and AppExchange applications and recommend adoption • Support integrations with third-party sales tools • Assist in training new users and develop Salesforce skills across the organization • Document processes, workflows, and system configurations • Collaborate with Sales, Marketing, and Customer Success stakeholders to gather requirements and deliver scalable Salesforce solutions • Ensure compliance with data governance, security, and privacy policies • Manage AppExchange application implementations and integrations

🎯 Requirements

• Minimum 3 years of hands-on Salesforce Administration experience • Salesforce Certified Administrator credential required • Bachelor's degree in Business, Information Systems, Computer Science, or related field preferred, or equivalent practical experience • Strong understanding of Salesforce architecture, data model, and best practices • Proficiency with Flow, including Screen Flows, Record-Triggered Flows, and Scheduled Flows • Working knowledge of Validation Rules and Approval Processes • Experience with reports, dashboards, and data visualization • Strong familiarity with Sales Cloud, including pipeline management, opportunity/lead processes, and forecasting • Experience with Data Loader and Data Import Wizard • Understanding of security models, including roles, profiles, permission sets, and sharing rules • Familiarity with HubSpot, LeanData, ZoomInfo, or Sales Navigator preferred • Experience with Salesforce Einstein/AI features preferred • Additional Salesforce certifications preferred • Experience with AppExchange app evaluation and implementation • Basic understanding of Apex and Visualforce is a plus • Experience with change management and release processes preferred • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities • Excellent communication skills • Highly organized with strong attention to detail • Ability to manage multiple priorities and work independently
