📋 Description

• Serve as a senior point of contact for complex employee and manager inquiries. • Advise managers on performance, conduct, and team dynamics issues. • Provide mentorship and coaching to junior team members. • Act as an escalation point for sensitive requests. • Partner with managers to build leadership capability via coaching and feedback. • Independently manage moderately complex employee relations cases. • Serve as the primary HR partner during organizational changes. • Support engagement initiatives that are globally consistent and culturally relevant.

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related field; or equivalent professional experience. • 5+ years of progressive experience in employee experience, employee relations, or HR partnership roles. • HR certification (e.g., PHR, SHRM-CP) preferred. • Ability to synthesize observations and patterns into clear recommendations. • Demonstrated experience supporting employees in a global environment. • Track record of managing complex HR cases and investigations. • Experience in leave programs across multiple legislative frameworks. • Consultative mindset to diagnose root causes and recommend solutions.
