⢠Proactively identify and research potential opportunities within the customer base in target markets ⢠Follow up with sales qualified leads through nurture campaigns, emails, and other marketing-generated outreach ⢠Build and maintain a prospective-client pipeline using CRM tools ⢠Initiate conversations with potential clients to understand needs and present tailored emergency preparedness and compliance solutions ⢠Schedule and conduct meetings or product demonstrations ⢠Follow up on leads and respond to customer inquiries in a timely manner ⢠Stay knowledgeable about promotional programs and merchandising-marketing approaches ⢠Attend vendor product training sessions and participate in ongoing HealthFirst training ⢠Track sales activities and customer interactions in the CRM system ⢠Provide monthly pipeline forecasts and sales progress updates to the Sales Manager using Salesforce and other sales reporting tools ⢠Build and maintain relationships with potential and existing clients via phone, email, and video conferencing ⢠Serve as the main point of contact for customer sales activity and product support guidance ⢠Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to enhance customer experience ⢠Meet or exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets ⢠Prepare and deliver reports on outreach activities, lead generation, and sales performance ⢠Attend sales meetings, training programs, and conventions as required
⢠Typically 2 to 4 years of related professional experience in outbound sales, telemarketing, or a similar role ⢠Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales quotas ⢠Excellent verbal and written communication skills ⢠Strong negotiation, persuasion, and interpersonal abilities ⢠Proficiency in CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) and Microsoft Office Suite ⢠Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment ⢠Strong selling, customer service and negotiation skills ⢠Good telephone etiquette and ability to handle a high volume of calls ⢠Ability to answer inquiries and resolve disputes ⢠Strong time management, prioritization, and deadline-management skills ⢠Exceptional attention to detail and commitment to accuracy ⢠Self-motivated, results-oriented mindset ⢠Strong organizational skills ⢠Ability to handle rejection and remain resilient ⢠Ability to multi-task ⢠Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field preferred
