📋 Description

• Facilitate PI Planning, including readiness, logistics, execution, shared mission, vision, and committed PI Objectives • Lead ART Syncs to surface cross-team dependencies, progress, scope adjustments, and impediments • Orchestrate System Demos and Inspect & Adapt events, including structured problem-solving • Operate and continuously improve the Program Kanban and optimize Feature/Capability flow using SAFe Flow Metrics • Track and improve ART Predictability Measure and report outcomes • Support ART budget and delivery reporting for transparency and data-driven decisions • Facilitate risk management using ROAM and maintain program risks through resolution • Partner with Product Management and Engineering on backlog readiness, prioritization, and alignment • Collaborate with business owners and stakeholders to surface dependencies and drive cross-team coordination • Champion SAFe CALMR DevOps and support Continuous Delivery Pipeline maturation • Manage, coach, and develop Scrum Masters • Support Scrum Masters in removing impediments and optimizing team performance • Coach Scrum Masters/Team Coaches, Product Owners, Business Owners, stakeholders, leaders, and teams in Lean-Agile practices and SAFe principles • Foster servant leadership, relentless improvement, Built-In Quality, and a data-informed mindset • Support delivery in regulated healthcare settings, including HIPAA/PHI compliance

🎯 Requirements

• 6+ years in Agile delivery • 2+ years in a program-level facilitation or coaching role, such as RTE or Senior Scrum Master • Experience managing Scrum Masters or Agile team coaches • Proven experience facilitating PI Planning and ART-level ceremonies in SAFe • Proficiency with ART/Program Kanban, dependency management, ROAM risk management, and flow/predictability metrics • Proficiency with Agile ALM tools, including Azure DevOps and Jira • Proficiency with virtual collaboration platforms • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills • Strong communication, coaching, stakeholder management, and collaboration skills • Results-oriented • Ability to support delivery in regulated healthcare settings and comply with HIPAA/PHI confidentiality, privacy, and security requirements • Timely completion of required company-sponsored and regulatory training programs • SAFe Release Train Engineer (RTE) or SAFe Program Consultant (SPC) certification preferred • Healthcare IT experience and privacy/regulatory familiarity preferred • Working knowledge of DevOps/CALMR and Continuous Delivery Pipeline preferred
