📋 Description

• Process medical record requests • Work in a high-volume, fast-paced environment • Report directly to the Processing Manager • Assist with overflow processing due to high volume or coverage issues • Maintain confidentiality of PHI and comply with HIPAA guidelines • Process assigned-account requests within 24–48 hours of receipt • Provide feedback regarding request volume and perceived issues • Monitor incoming requests received through various means • Perform general office duties • Answer phone calls and provide phone coverage for medical records requests • Complete required company-sponsored and regulatory training programs
