📋 Description

• Strengthen key requester and client relationships • Gather, document, and collect fees for all bulk requests received through multi-channel platforms • Perform inventory analysis to drive operations • Generate and distribute reports to internal teams, external clients, and requesters • Provide near real-time updates on inventory statuses • Communicate weekly regarding unresolved inventory and items lacking complete information • Monitor and report turnaround time (TAT) for all communications • Communicate messages clearly, promptly, and concisely to clients and requesters • Raise issues and promote priorities in workloads • Focus on a 24 HR response time to incoming requests and statuses • Build relationships with assigned requesters to achieve satisfactory service and precise workflows • Support client advocates to achieve satisfactory client scores • Reduce inbound inquiries through proactive outbound communications • Report to the Requester Account Manager • Handle regular access to Protected Health Information (PHI) and/or confidential client data in accordance with HIPAA and organizational privacy and security policies • Complete required company-sponsored and regulatory training programs

🎯 Requirements

• Computer literacy and familiarity with various computer programs such as MS Office • Formal computer training may be advantageous in progressing in this career • Fast learner with excellent organizational skills • Strong knowledge of MS Excel • Ability to work under time constraints • Focused on team character pillars: prepared, honest, teacher/learner • Typing and data entry skills • Excellent written and verbal communication skills • Strong understanding of confidentiality requirements • Adherence to all HIPAA regulations and organizational privacy and security policies • Timely completion of required company-sponsored and regulatory training programs
